It's been ages since I last visited and posted something here. My last entry was more than a year ago. It was a tribute to all the suppliers and people who in one way or another made our wedding a success. That was only part A of the tribute. As for the second installment of the tribute, I don't know when I'll have the time or rather when I'll have the will to blog about it. I'm always the ningas kugon. It's one of the I-want-to-get-rid-but-so-hard-to-rid-of trait that I'm hoping to do away this time for good. To start, I intend to at least have one entry a week.
Today is our 17th wedding monthsary. Since we are on a tight budget right now, we opted to stay at home and spend it the way we spend our regular days. A we've-got-nothing-important-to-do-but-lie-around-and-cuddle-while-reading-or-surfing is an almost accurate description of our typical regular day. Of course with minor deviations. For instance, today I cooked lunch and did the preps for my lechon kawali while he did the laundry. After a few chores, then we'll be left with nothing else to do. Oh, maybe he'll be watching videos while I'm reading a book. Or perhaps I'm the one in front of the laptop playing Treasure Isle while he's the one reading a book. Maybe we'll be both watching videos or each have a book to read. Pretty same-same. But we're not complaining. We are very thankful to the Almighty for giving us the luxury to enjoy these idle moments.
P.S.
*bCee bee's REVAMP Sale started a few hours ago. We wanted to clear out the items to make way for a new bCee bee (bCee bee though would just be one of the lines of our would-be new baby).
* Perhaps the reason why I'm renewing my ties to blogging is the desire to develop my writing skills. After all, I'm an INFJ (though I think I'm bordering to being an ISTJ) and INFJs, they say, are good writers. I wouldn't want to be an exception.
